To start the incorporation process in Iowa you will need to create a name for your corporation. The state of Iowa does not have any restrictions on terms that you can use in creating your corporation’s name, but you still don’t want to make your corporation’s name confusing. You want to create a name that clearly conveys to your customers what the purpose of your business is.
