When choosing a name for your corporation you cannot use a name that is the same as or similar to any other business. Another stipulation that the state of Nevada has when naming your corporation is that a person’s name or initials cannot be used to name the corporation, unless it is followed by the word “incorporated” or “corporation.”

The state of Nevada does not have a residence requirement for the director of a corporation, so you can be the director and live out of state.
